Josh had no problem with creating the vision I had for my arm tattoo. It took two separate visits to accomplish my arm. Josh was friendly and very efficient with his time. He is well known and highly requested, so make sure to set up an appointment. The wait for his service is worth it.

I've had a piercing and several tattoos here. The guys are very talented, creative and know what they're talking about. My tattoos turned out beautifully and they are reasonably priced. If you want a variety of jewelry for piercings, get them elsewhere, but they are sanitary and professional piercers.

We scheduled an appointed to get my daughters ears pierced at another shop. The other shop bailed on the appointment after we arrived, so we found empire and called and they scheduled us a couple hours later the same day! We arrived and the shop was full of gorgeous art and kind and professional employees. Cory did my daughters ear piercing and it was perfect! He explained things so well to her so she would know the process and healing instructions. He was so professional and she is absolutely over the moon with the piercings! Thank you all so much for helping us turn a bad day around and giving my daughter an amazing birthday present! My husband and I are so impressed and looking forward to getting our next tattoos done here. Price was excellent, process done clean and safely with a needle. We are so happy with how everything went! Thank you!
